I booked the room through the app, but due to a flight delay, I didn't arrive at the hotel until almost midnight. The staff were asleep, but when I arrived, they were awake and extremely cheerful and enthusiastic, even helping me carry my luggage to my room. The room was fully equipped, and what's more, there was no grit underfoot at all. Compared to other places, the room price here is reasonable. If I return to Hoi An in the future, I will definitely book a room and stay here again.

Thank you I asked for early check in which was supposed to be at 2 pm but asked for 12 pm because I needed rest at 7 pm check out .. the receptionist was nice thank you Next time I will stay is there .. closed to the river .. and to the center

The room was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly, especially the security guard. However, regarding breakfast, I had to go to Hoi An early, so I asked the restaurant to take away 2 boxes of beef fried noodles (breakfast included). When I went to the cafe in Hoi An that I opened, the noodles were delicious, but I only got one piece of beef, which took a lot of effort to transport, so I was a bit disappointed.

The room is large and beautiful, the bed is very clean and comfortable! My family had two very good nights of sleep at the hotel. The distance to the center is also very close and convenient to travel, and the night is very quiet without noise. The receptionists are also very cute, always supporting us promptly! Thank you very much Hoi An canal house. If I have a chance, I will come back with my family!

Very nice staff. Room is ince and clean. It is so close to the Hoi an old town and night market, roughly 5 min. Walk.

It is very close to the main attraction, just 5-10 mins walk and beside is a bank to easily withdraw money. The room is spacious and the staff is helpful. They were so kind! They can also arrange tours and transporation to the airport. A week in Hoi An is ideal!

The room with breakfast that you can choose which one you like, there have a menu for you and the room is big and very comfortable. The staff name is HA she is very nice, friendly and very helpful to me to find a good place for me. The hotel place is near hoian old Town.

I had a very pleasant stay here, for the 2 nights I was here. The location is very good, right at the corner- walking distance to Ancient Town, or you can easily access a scooter from here. The service was really good, and the room was very spacious. I will definitely return here when I am back in Hoi An.

The hotel is cheaper than the average price in Hoi An but the service is very good. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Ms. Tieu Ny, who guided me to places to eat and have fun. The rooms are airy, clean, quite spacious, in Hoi An style, with breakfast included. The staff is very supportive. A memorable experience in Hoi An. The hotel has just changed its name to Hoi An Canal House, formerly Le Pavillon Hoi An Central Villa.

Phòng hư tivi, điều hoà không điều chỉnh được, phòng vệ sinh lâu lâu lại bốc mùi như mới vừa đi xong vậy, mặc dù mình không đi. Đồ ăn sáng rất basic, không phải buffet. Được cái nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình.
