Checked in at 2:45 PM, booked two rooms. Couldn't request a floor on the grounds that the rooms hadn't been cleaned yet (?). The queue was also long during critical check-in hours (2-3 PM), but there was only one receptionist on standby. Very strange. Then, on Sunday mornings, it was difficult to get out because the hotel access was closed by CFD.

The hotel is located in the city center, so it's easy to find. Even though it was my first time in Padang, the strategic location made it easy to find using Google Maps. The breakfast is also varied and unlimited. The Amaris Padang is the best. Highly recommended.

Impressive.. my first experience staying at Amaris.. I was given the 9th floor with a cool view.. The hotel staff were friendly.. The breakfast was delicious.. And the best thing.. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free..
