It was the best stay here. The staff are really cool, friendly, helpful, and stay healthy. The location is also close to everywhere, just a short walk to find coffee and food places. My experience staying here for 4 days made me reluctant to leave the room because it was so cozy. The bathroom was clean, the only downside was that it was a bit noisy because it was under renovation, but it was not a big problem, thanks to Pop Hotel & staff.

Good location and concept colourful hotel, but it needs to improve the facilities, at least the lighting, furniture: bed, chair condition.

I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the non-smoking room I had booked was unavailable. The view was also unappealing. One suggestion: there were only one slippers and toothbrush (even though there were two adults and one child). Hopefully, things will improve.
