Check-in, check-out is easy, the AC is cold, there is a water heater, there is an elevator, fast wifi, and the sheets and towels have been changed recently. Suggestions for thin sheets should be replaced with new ones. Thin and torn towels should be replaced, do not give them to guests. When entering the room, it smells of cigarettes even though I asked for a non-smoking room. It is better to spray air freshener and Baygon because mosquitoes came in from who knows where, maybe from the ventilation window in the corner of the room near the closet. When booking, the app also asked for a room on the top floor and a corner room in the note but it was not read, given on the 2nd floor and in the middle with the excuse that it was fully booked. But so far ok. For those who want to stay, don't forget to prepare a 100 thousand rupiah deposit, it will be returned after check-out. Thanks.

With its pocket-friendly prices, the service and facilities are among the best compared to other hotels at the same price. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The facilities are easy to use. The staff is friendly and assertive. Going forward, we hope to maintain this hotel and, if necessary, improve it further by repairing the building's interior, which has a small crack in the ceiling, to make it neater and to paint the interior walls brighter.

The hotel's location is strategic, but this was my worst hotel experience. Honestly, I'm so disappointed. The mattress was infested with tiny bugs, making it itchy and unable to sleep. In the future, please ensure the cleanliness of the sheets and mattress, as we intended to rest comfortably, but instead, we were kept up all night. Thank you.

Hot water doesn't work, everything else is okay

Once arrived at the location of Pakiran in Galam it is quite safe but unfortunately there is no see-through way to the hotel or receptioniat. In front of the receptionist at 1:00 p.m. the check-in said 1 o'clock and I just said yes. So the service from check-in to checkout is not friendly with visitors, the location is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the rooms are okay, the rooms are okay but the TV is just a local TV and the picture quality is poor. In conclusion, if I don't have to, I won't go to this hotel again.

The major issue is, the AC is misplaced and not cold at all.
