I like this hotel. Normally I paid at the hotel staff have to charge me 3% from my credit card but staff told me she wouldn’t like to charge me and told the owner of hotel. And the staff recommend the best restaurant in Hoian for my family . Hotel is near the market. Everything is very convenient. We will stay here if we will come to Hoian again

The hotel has cockroaches and mosquitoes. Room is not clean, dusty. Order 3 people but the set has 2, room slippers 1 pair. Dirty blankets, hair. Shampoo shower gel is too little for 3 people. there is no instruction to access wifi, wifi is too weak, almost no effect.

I booked a room at ivy is too reasonable. Very convenient commuting location. The day I came to check in, I was also supported to check in early because it was hot that day. My room is located on the 3rd floor, there are 2 balconies, the hotel has free bicycles for walking around the old town comfortably. If I come back to Hoi An next time, I will still stay here.

The hotel is about 400 m of walking distance from Cau pagoda-the most crowded spot of Hoi An. I booked a family room so there 's a small balcony looking over the river. Although the hotel is not that near from the center (so no loud noise), there are still some food stalls beside the hotel at night. The furniture is new and sufficient. The staff was very nice and supportive.
