The overall accommodation is appropriate for the price, but the staff have no service mind. They only speak of what is right. They gave us a 500 baht deposit. We had 1,000 baht and had no change. They could not bring other customers' money to give change. Or if you don't want to put down a deposit, you can leave your ID card. But since we didn't trust giving them our ID cards and didn't want to listen to repeated talk that didn't solve any problems, we let them keep the deposit so we could get into the room and bring a bad mood into the room. We think that there are other ways to speak better than this for service work.

The bedroom air conditioner is cool enough. The room is clean, but there is a water leak in the bathroom from above, leaving black stains. There are too many steps to check in, which is inconvenient. It would be better if there are fewer steps. Sometimes when you are tired, you want to get to your room as quickly as possible. You have already booked a hotel online. You should have some basic information, but you still have to answer the staff's questions, fill in and sign things. It seems unnecessary. They don't screen at government offices like this. Some questions don't seem very personal. It would be great if they could improve it.

System at the hotel is not stable, I need to wait for long time at late night. Staff is good at speak English but not service mind, and lack of empathy.

The bathroom floor is very slippery! Should be changed or improved. The air conditioner is not cool.

ผมนอนไม่หลับเพราะชั้น 1 มีเสียงดังจากการทำความสะอาดเสียงดัง

1.ที่จอดรถไม่มีต้องออกมาจอดข้างนอก 2.จองล่วงหน้าระบุห้องใกล้ลิฟท์แต่พอไปเข้าพักจัดให้ห้องสุดทางเดิน พอถามพนักงานพูดจากวนๆมากบอกว่าไกลสงบเงียบดีผมแจ้งว่าระบุในคำขอไว้แล้วใกล้ลิฟท์กลับแก้ตัวอ้างว่าผู้เข้าพักต้องโทรมาแจ้งที่สาขาโรงแรมเองจืงจะจัดให้ได้แย่มากๆผมอายุจะ70ปีแล้วขาค่อยไม่ดีจองมาหลายแห่งไม่เคยพบแบบนี้ 3.ห้องพักประตูจะพังเก่ามากปิดไม่สนิทยังไม่ซ่อม 4.ตอนเช็คเอาท์รอตรวจห้องเพื่อรับประกันคืนรอนานมากทั้งที่มีเพียงผู้เช็คเอาท์คนเดียวเท่านั้น เสียดายไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปห้องและที่จอดรถ

อยู่ในเมือง เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้สถานที่ต่างๆ
