New hotel, friendly and enthusiastic staff

not good for the price with promotion. Room is very small.

I booked two rooms in this hotel with my family (they are much older than the lady owner). The room was spacious, clean, and had a cool AC. The room also got a hot water shower and a bidet closet. They provided clean white towels, bathroom amenities, coffee/tea with small bottles of mineral water. The room also had a TV, electric kettle, table, chair, and cupboard with hanger. You can ask the staff at the restaurant if you need a free water refill with your bottle. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel, but I just wish that the lady owner could be friendlier. You had so many staff and you could ask one of your staff to approach me to inform that I could check in the room and not loudly screaming that my room is ready! She said: "Excuse me! You can check in now!" Funny to recall that she forgot to return my passport upon checked in and I thought she felt a bit embarrassed of it, but I am cool with it.

The hotel is large, spacious and impressive with a very reasonable front yard: - Clean, spacious room with a clear view outside - Bed, pillow, bed sheet are clean but towels are not as expected - Location is quite convenient although it is on a one-way street but traffic is convenient - Breakfast is very delicious, attentive service: highly appreciated this part 9.5/10 - Great reception staff: ready to check-in before 2 hours when there is a room available Thank you hotel and will definitely come back

Cute place, convenient for traveling because it's near the center. Friendly staff, delicious food... there's an outdoor cafe which is quite chill.

-When I checked in, I didn't notice that the water heater was broken. It wasn't until the next morning that I had to leave early and take a shower that I noticed there was no hot or cold water. Because I was in a hurry to leave, I had to take a cold shower without telling the hotel, so I gave a bad review.

Okela, I booked late, the hotel received the booking immediately, prepared when I arrived, the price was suitable for the quality. The room is clean, but the elevator space and hallways have a smell due to old facilities, my sense of smell is quite sensitive, so it is a bit uncomfortable. I checked out 1 hour late due to oversleeping, the hotel does not charge extra for the room.

In a room 2 mother and child, 4-year-old baby, free breakfast, but said only the breakfast rate for the mother, the baby did not. 😔 I will let you eat and fast. It is because of the free breakfast that the reservation is made, since it is not convenient for you to go out. Feeling disappointed when the service said so.
