It's quite close to the subway station and shopping mall, and the reception staff are on duty 24/7. I checked in at 1 AM and checked out at 3 AM, but the process was very quick and efficient. The unit is absolutely stunning. It's a one-bedroom apartment, but it's very spacious and comfortable. The location is far from the Old Quarter, but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Breakfast is served per person. There's not a wide variety, but the portions and taste are quite good. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

In general, the hotel is OK. I booked a room for 1 night and didn't think the room was big. For 2 people, I thought it could accommodate a whole family. Everything was OK except that I was on a business trip and needed to declare expenses. Traveloka said the intermediary app wouldn't issue an invoice. When I arrived, I contacted the receptionist and they said I booked through Traveloke so they couldn't issue one. In short, 10 points -1 because I was probably a bit subjective. Hopefully, on future business trips, this hotel will be on the list of hotels my company chooses.
