The hotel was not well maintained. Seems like the toilet bowl, sink and bathroom door were not scrubbed for quite some time. Bathroom door cannot be locked. Bed sheet was dirty. Aircond was leaking. There was no coffee maker even though it was stated as one of the facilities. However the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is strategically located but the hotel's infrastructure needs to be improved especially in the bathroom where the sinks are no water. Make sure the room is in a fresh or fragrant condition. Front desk employees need more emphasis on clothing as they reflect the corporate image of the hotel.

Suitable for muslim traveler. Take only around 15 mins to gambang waterpark. No elevator since there is only 2 level.

It was okay but there's cockroaches everywhere.

The location is ok, near the highway, the price is ok, but even cheap, the facilities provided good, no need for 5 star amenities, for the mattress that does not feel the iron back is ok, the staff is nice and friendly.

The wifi has excellent speed. A lot of food shops outside of the hotel. Very easy to find food. Very near to UMP. Less than 5 minutes drive to UMP. The staffs are very helpful. Thank you. :)

This hotel is a great deal of residual toilet. I mean like, if the water cond is closed, one room woke the toilet.

low water pressure & beds & mattresses are very bad.. was not pleasure to stay 👎

Cheap, close to highway, in line with price.
