The hotel is nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly and kind, and the location is strategic, close to everything. Overall, it's great.

The hotel is exactly in the city center, just in front of Harapan Bunda hospital (which has a lot of street food available if you like it). The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and the check-in process was very quick. The room was clean, not noisy, and comfortable. Worth to stay.

All the employees are friendly, the room AC is cool, it's a shame the corridors don't have AC, and if possible the rooftop should be made into a swimming pool.

My helmet was lost in the lobby, even though there was someone guarding it, which means the location is not very safe.

The room was quite nice but a bit cramped. The view from the room was of someone's attic. The food was lacking in variety and the taste could be improved. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

This is my second time staying here. The location is strategic, close to Nagoya Mall and the center for souvenirs or Nagoya wallets. At night, you can walk to the back of the hotel, where there are lots of local snacks, he he he.
