Sumedang doesn't have many hotel options, and it's not a village either. Staying here is truly like sleeping on a board, with the mattresses being so thin that they're incredibly hard or poorly maintained.

The location is very strategic & close to the center, just by walking you have arrived, the hotel service is quite good & friendly. The room is quite clean including the bathroom. The breakfast menu is limited, there are only 2 choices. The soundproofing of the room is lacking, so sounds from outside can be heard. The bed may be time to upgrade because it can be heard creaking. But overall it is still quite good and a reference for a place to stay.

Actually, the location of the hotel is quite strategic. It's a shame that the rooms are a bit lacking in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. Especially regarding linen, bathroom and towels. Same regarding the policy for older visitors, like yesterday the people staying were my parents and Uncle Aunt (aged 65 and over), even though there is an elevator, they should not be given a room on a floor too high and far from the elevator. Regarding food, friendliness and service, it's okay. We just need to improve service by prioritizing policies. So you can assess better the concept of service. Thank You.
