The location is very good, not even 1 min walk to Jonker Street. 5 mins walk to Red Church. I got free bfast too. The elevator is sooo cool! My daughter love it! But if you come and bring med size luggage you better make sure to the hotel so you didn’t get the 3a room which makes you need to use stairs to got to your room. Overall i love Timez Heritage 🫶

The front desk staff is extremely polite and friendly.. got a complimentary breakfast for 2 days.. room is super comfy and quiet. Location is best..smack in the middle of Jonker Street. Will definately look forward to next trip here.

Service is great, room clean, and coffee is provided. They also provide free breakfast, which was told when checking in. The location is really near Jonker Market. The downside is that you're gonna park a bit far at the parking area due to the road being closed for the market. But overall, I really recommended this hotel. 😊

The hotel wasn't big but it was quite lovely. Location was great, near Jonker Street. There's a unique lift for max 2 adults. The room layout was great & the facilities were decent, they also provided iron & the ironing board inside the room. Breakfast was made by order & it tasted great. Had a very pleasant stay here.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. The room and the bath room was clean. The location is superb, right in the middle of Jonker. The staff was very helpful. The elevator experience is fun.

the hotel is located like in a back alley and the parking is far. if you are with friends or not coming with family it will be okay it think. But not suitable for family.

The room is not soundproof, on the side of the road so noisy motor noise, people talk outside the door of the room just heard. The towels were hit by honey and asked for compensation and paid for the towels. the elevator is not feasible. freight elevator used by humans. inhuman. really bad experience.

Fun, the hotel design supports and complements the holiday at Melaka Heritage Area. The staff are quite friendly and helpful to guests. The hotel area is very close to Jonker street and market street weekends, as well as other visiting areas. The rooms and other hotel rooms are quite clean. But the less pleasant thing is breakfast. Only given a choice of about 6 breakfast, tea and coffee menus. Guests with children must pay an additional RM 18 / menu.
