Upon arrival at Batu, we went to the reception at the Sultan Agung office. Check-in was quick and easy. We were immediately given the villa key and map coordinates. The villa was only about 5 minutes away. The residential area, with its shady pine hills as a backdrop, was a sight to behold.
Upon arrival, the villa had been mopped, but the moldy cupboards hadn't been cleaned. The tables were dusty.
Cooking utensils, a rice cooker, a refrigerator, and a water dispenser were provided, along with drinking water. There are two spacious bedrooms with two additional beds, so it can accommodate a large family.
Six towels are provided. The air is cool and refreshing, eliminating the need for air conditioning or a fan.
In front of the villa, from morning, there are many food vendors selling fried Malang fritters, rabbit and chicken satay, ronde, soto (a type of soto), fresh milk, and more.
The owner is friendly.
I will return here on my next trip to Batu.
I hope this information will serve as input for improving cleanliness. Thank you.
