The room mattress was not clean and made me itchy, there were ants on the mattress and on the table, the hallway was noisy with the sounds of other guests, the toilet smelled unpleasant, the shower handle was loose, and at night the water in the toilet made a sound like someone was working.

Very close to the city, the place is comfortable.

Location-wise, it's pretty close to everything. The staff is also friendly. The room is on the second floor, and they keep chickens in the back, so it's a bit noisy in the morning due to the crowing. The cleanliness is quite good, but there are small insects on the tables. The food isn't very tasty; the fried rice is a bit mushy, while the soto and noodles are salty.

I booked well in advance. I was given a note asking for a room on the upper floor, but instead I was given a room on the lower floor because the upper floor was full. It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't request it from the start. You've already given me a note. The room on the lower floor smells, the floor is dirty, very narrow, no towels are provided, and I had to ask in the lobby first before I was given one. I don't know if this room has never been cleaned, there aren't even towels. It makes me feel bad. I've often stayed here before, always getting a room on the upper floor. The room is nice and quite big, but this time I was disappointed. Never again, I'm fed up.

The breakfast menu is pretty much the same. It's a shame. I stayed for a total of four nights, so I had four breakfasts, and I found the same menu. It's best to improve the menu variety. Hopefully, this will be input for future improvements. It's okay for the location, close to everything.

The sheets, blanket covers, pillow cases were not changed, dirty, with various kinds of very dirty stains and stains, moving to another room also still had the same condition, there was even human waste that had not been cleaned behind the toilet lid.
