This hotel is strategically located for those looking for accommodation close to transportation, especially the commuter and intercity train stations, and close to shopping at Malioboro. You can leave your luggage upon check-out. There's a bathroom/toilet outside the room for guests who have checked out. If I get the chance again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The AC wouldn't work, and the remote control was broken. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the sheets didn't look like they'd been changed, as they were stained.

The location is very strategic for those traveling from Yogyakarta's Tugu train station. Exiting is just a matter of crossing the street and entering an alley about 80-100 meters away. The hotel's ambiance is also pleasant, aesthetically pleasing, and relaxing. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very nice, but the facilities were a bit lacking, with some of them broken, like missing power outlets. The Wi-Fi was terrible.

the location is strategic... but it's a shame that the room is not very comfortable, especially the bed (it doesn't use a thick spring bed, just ordinary foam that goes flat when you sleep on it and the blanket is just a thin cloth like a bed sheet), the bathroom is also not very clean (the floor is slippery)
