The staff is not really, the check-in service is very complicated. I regret coming here thinking twice about having to come here again.

The place is nice, clean, the facilities are sufficient, the air conditioner is cold, but unfortunately when you check in, you "ask" for more maintenance money, so the price for the place doesn't fix that much, the deposit is okay because it's back again, but overall it's enough.

Room 10 AC is not cold. The shower is clogged. In the morning the electricity went out. Then there are additional costs outside the application again. Not satisfied with the comfort and service.

Kamar bersih dan rapih. Kalo pagi-pagi enak banget bisa keliatan view gunung gede-pangrango walau masih jauh. Thats cool.

There is an additional tax at check-in without notification or evidence of a 2 bed statement, but only 1 bed is given, the service is less cooperative from the hotel management
