Strategic location close to the main road, close to the city center and favorite tourist attractions, breakfast is provided in the form of boxed rice, because we booked for 6 nights so we were given a free room upgrade

I have stayed here many times but this time the room's AC remote control couldn't be used, the TV also couldn't be used and the mattress was 2 beds that were put together and the blanket was only 1 body even though there were 2 people staying. I have asked for it according to the order but was not given a room according to the request stated on the booking voucher 🙏🏻

Decent hotel with a price of 320 thousand. You can check in early, the AC is cold, the hot shower is ok, there is a coffee/tea maker, but unfortunately the room WiFi and TV are not optimal. And there are no free hotel airport pick-up and drop-off facilities even though the advertisement does. Workers renovating hotel buildings stop at 17.00. For guests' comfort in resting.

The best hotel is probably just that the TV in the room is about time to be given a 32 inch size and suggestions to add cable TV broadcasts in the room.

Kali ini pelayanan di Hotel Ermasu kurang baik padahal saya nginap 3 hari 2 malam. Contohnya tidak ada tisu maupun air mineral di atas meja selama 3 hari dan kloset yang sudah rusak. Showernya juga sudah rentang rusak.

Hotel favorit untuk sekedar transit menunggu penerbangan. Murah dan cukup nyaman. Air lancar. Di depan ada kios 24 jam. Tiap transit menginap di sini. Staf ramah & sangat membantu termasuk yang kemaren booking di aplikasi ternyata salah tanggal check in. Dari staf hotelnya langsung dibantu untuk konfirmasi ke pihak agen online. Jempol buat staf hotelnya
