As for the place, there were a lot of animals in the beds. It would be best to replace the mattresses or renovate the accommodation, as it seems neglected. The response from the host was decent, but the rooms themselves were awful. The sheets were dirty, and there were definitely animals in them, leeches that sucked blood.

Not recommended, lots of small bugs in the mattress, smelly sheets never changed, hot AC.

When I wanted to check in, there was no response, so I quickly took/booked another room/hotel.

I'm sorry, the place is comfortable, but the mattress is filthy, and there are lots of animals. There are these animals on the mattress, on the sofa, on the walls, and in the closet. My body is covered in welts from being bitten by these animals.

Staying here is quite comfortable. No hassle finding food, etc. It's also safe to stay overnight with coffee...

The place was poorly maintained, especially the room. The sheets looked like they'd never been changed, and they smelled. The AC wasn't cooling. I'd only just arrived home and seen the place like that.

2/10 really because the mattress makes my body hurt all the time while sleeping, I get bitten by ants and overall the main room's AC is cold but in the second room, I use a fan so it's stuffy and the room's AC isn't cold.. there's no wifi + the TV is awkward, humm.. please improve it in the future for the cleanliness and comfort of the tenants. You know that Kalibata City, everywhere is close... Everywhere is easy... There is a train station, cheap food is everywhere... Awesome.

The AC isn't cold, the TV doesn't work, the bathroom is clogged, just look at the photos, it doesn't match what was advertised.

It's according to the price, so don't expect too much. The important thing is that it meets your needs.

The location is perfect and it is in green palace, which means we can use the pool outside. The staff is answering and trying to take actions when there was a problem. In general rather helpful. However, the place is full of huge cockroaches which I had to handle alone at the end. I caught about 10. The room was filthy. I aksed for additional cleaning which they did but it didn't help much. The AC wasn't cold at all and in bad consition. Keep in mind that you won't get any water. I got an empty gallon and they said they would give me if I stayed minimal 1 week. I stayed 5 nights. The wifi was working in the beginning later not really even if i restarted it.

Staying here is also OK. Thank you.

Not according to the picture, old room, dirty and musty smell, lots of mites until my and my friends' bodies were itchy, the fan didn't work, the wifi didn't work, the admin was unresponsive, the black and white TV couldn't use Netflix.

Sorry, this is my worst experience, the room is different from the photo, the AC is hot and not cold even though I followed the owner's instructions, it still doesn't cool. The TV is broken, the facilities are really bad, only one fan is on, the lights are dim. I've complained but they just responded like that. There was no solution.

The bed was full of itchy fleas, the AC wasn't cooling, the sofa was dirty and had mask marks on it, the cupboard was broken, the Wi-Fi was slow. The staff was also unresponsive and seemed to care. Don't you all ever try to stay here. Thank you, and I'm disappointed.
