The surrounding atmosphere is good; even though it's near Bangkok City Hall, there's very little noise disturbance. The only downside is that parking costs money, which isn't clearly stated in the app, and there are limited parking spaces. The reception staff are lovely, smiling, and polite. I've stayed here twice and would choose to stay here again if given the opportunity.

We were shock to see that it looks like an apartment building because it is very big and it has a lot of rooms. We were also quite worried with our things in the room because there was no CCTV on our floor (our room is 318). Nevertheless, we had an awesome experience because they always provided new towels everyday (we stayed with them for 3 days) and changed our linens. The room itself is very spacious as well as the bathroom.
