The staff were very friendly and always greeted us. The rooms and toilets were clean. The only downside was the toilet floor was a bit slippery, so you had to wear the slippers provided to avoid slipping. Breakfast was served at the hotel's partner restaurant. The food wasn't extensive, but it was delicious.

Very close to KL Sentral, there are lots of food stalls around and the family room has a really cool view of Rapid KL, the staff is friendly and we made the sheets dirty once because the kids ate chocolate, thank God we only got reprimanded, not asked to change them. I'm really sorry. Overall recommended 👌🏻

The room is too small and I requested to clean the room, but when I returned to the room, the room was not clean at all. But the staff was excellent.

Strategically located in the heart of the city, very friendly staff, and clean. However, the room we stayed in wasn't soundproof, so the crying child next door could be heard at night. Overall, it was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is very close to Nu Sentral Mall. Easy to get to the MRT, Monorail, Bus, and KTM stations. The mattress is comfortable, a bit firm, good for our aging spines. (So much so that I told my husband to buy a mattress like this). The hotel staff are all friendly, right down to the room service. Towels and sheets are changed every day if we ask for them to be cleaned. Shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes are available. The AC is very cold. Unfortunately, we came during Ramadan. The breakfast package cannot be exchanged for the sahur package at the ABC Restaurant behind Easy Hotel. So we still got breakfast in the morning, and amazingly, the curry soup from the restaurant didn't go bad until sunset. God willing, we will return to this hotel again, but not during Ramadan because we won't be able to eat during the day.

I enjoyed my stay here. They are welcoming you. Staff are well-trained and super polite. The room is comfy and pristine clean. I would definitely return. Plus point: There is a coin laundry on the ground floor. Easy and cheap for cloth cleaning!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly, it's close to KL Sentral so it's easy to get around, the check-in and check-out process is easy, it's not difficult to find a place to eat, basically everything is good.

All the facilities are nice and clean. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here.

One of the best hotel experiences I had in Kuala Lumpur, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I was staying with a friend, just us two girls, and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. He even walked us to the elevator towards KL Sentral. The room is very spacious and clean, they had a full-size, one-door refrigerator inside, the AC and heater work perfectly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay near KL Sentral. Definitely gonna come to this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel location is strategic just a walking distance from KL Sentral. Unfortunately, the room is horrible. The room is smelly the bedsheet is full with hair. I got my allergy seriously for the whole nite. The toilet with no dustbin. instead of 2 days stay, we check out earlier.This is the very bad experience. I found that Traveloka hotel booking platform is NOT genuine with the rating. it is too bad for client to choose Traveloka compare with others more genuine booking platform. too disappointed!

I booked the cozy hotel from January 10th until January 12th. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping was exceptional, and reception staff were very friendly. I stayed in room 306, very clean and spacious. I will definitely book there again.

The location is right in the KL Sentral area. It's sufficient for just transit. Plus, if you want to buy snacks or street food, Nu Sentral is close by. There are plenty of 24-hour restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry in the middle of the night. The room was clean, with a basic TV. The bathroom had a water heater, but the water didn't get hot when I used it. Why? They also provided a prayer mat. It was okay. The area is surrounded by Indian residents, so there are lots of Indian snacks and food. Check-in and check-out were easy. I don't know why, out of all the hotels in the area, I chose Cozy. It turns out it really is cozy :)

The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Mr. ALAUDDIN, haha, all the staff here are polite.

There were no towels, so I told the front desk. The person who came to bring them asked if there really were any and confirmed that there were no towels, but they didn't even apologize. What's more, the towels they brought were smelly. Also, there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. There's no way I can give a good review for this.
