Keren, ada kolam renangnya, AC adem, terdapat ruang musholla.

For a decent budget hotel, strategic location, near places to eat, even though the rooms and bathrooms are quite old, the rooms are quite clean, the receptionist is quite friendly, unfortunately the TV is broken and there are no broadcasts and the wifi is difficult to connect.

Incidentally, I checked in late at night, when I arrived at the room, the water in the bathroom was very small, so I couldn't take a shower, nor did the water in the toilet bowl come out, so I couldn't take a shower and defecate all night.

Worth it at a cheap price, but it's worth upgrading the wifi, adding a refrigerator. Comfortable, tasty, clean, a bit vintage but cozy.

Quality and facilities do not match the price.

It was pretty decent, the place is pretty clean though it was quiet since there aren't a lot of guests. But the location itself is pretty strategic and very near to a lot of places in the middle lf the city, including Tugu and Malioboro areas. Definitely a recommended place if you're looking for a place to stay near the city and not too far from the Yogyakarta/Tugu train station.

I am very happy and satisfied with the facilities at that price.

Deket kalo mau kemana-mana. Phd di sebelah kiri, kfc di sebelah kanan, richeese factory tinggal jalan ke depan, mau ke tugu tinggal lurus dikit, rs yap juga deket. Tempat nyaman, bersih, karyawannya juga ramah. Cocok buat yang lagi cari tempat bermalam.

The sheets on the mattress that we occupied were not clean, such as gritty, which caused itching on the skin. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned. The room lights also don't work at all.

Kamarnya mantap, dan kamar mandinya luas. Air hangat pun berfungsi dengan baik. Pr, kolam renangnya. Diperbaiki, supaya kita bisa holiday lagi.

Good location, though hotel is not well maintained.

It's lacking, the lack of cleaning the bathroom again to make it more comfortable is guaranteed to be more crowded.

When it arrives there is no running water, when you bring a small child, the auto moves hotels because there is no clarity on how the water works.

Dead water, no compensation, no guarantee of when the water will turn on, no apologies, seriously bad. Critical.

The place doesn't match the photos at all.

The concept and conditions are in accordance with the price paid, but it would be nice if the cleanliness of the room was considered again, especially the toilet, shower curtain is better not installed than installed in an unclean condition.

Just ordinary. But easy access everywhere because of the strategic location. For the place is not comfortable :(huhuhu.
