The building is old, but clean and has ample parking. It's also easy to find, as it's located on the side of the road.

The water heater is useless, and the toilet seat emits an unpleasant odor. The female receptionist is lacking in customer service.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very spacious, but the AC wasn't cold enough and it felt stuffy, maybe because the room was too hot, it happened to be a family room for 4, there were mosquitoes too, for the bathroom on the first day the sink was clogged so it took a long time for the water to drain, but on the second day it was fixed. The location is strategic, it seems like the hotel was quiet when I stayed so breakfast was delivered to the room, even though I deliberately brought the kids to stay because I wanted to eat buffet style. I was a bit disappointed..

My experience staying at this hotel: 1. Early check-in at 1:00 PM, room ready, clean room, clean bathroom. 2. TV not working properly (TV backed up). 3. Bathroom shower faucet clogged and needed to be repaired. 4. AC was cold. 5. Room was very spacious and airy. Very comfortable for children to play. 6. Suggestion: Additional plastic trash bags are needed to prevent trash from piling up. Otherwise, okay. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the AC works well, the bathroom is safe with hot water, sink, toilet, etc., the TV is ok even though it's a bit blurry, the river view, but if it's after 12 midnight the music can be heard up to that room.

Quite comfortable for backpackers, located in the city center near Manahan Stadium and Tirtonadi Terminal. Choose a twin room, but unfortunately the towels are inadequate, worn and worn out and unusable. Hopefully, management will address this soon.
