The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly, when I arrived they immediately greeted me and helped me carry my things to my room.

Everything was fine, except the breakfast was lacking. The variety was limited and the food tasted less than delicious.

An amazing stay.. All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind.. Especially Mrs. Sasa and Mrs. Lidya are very responsive and really understand what the guests want, so everything feels very comfortable and impressive service.. Initially only wanted to stay 1 night before going to Gili Trawangan Island, but ended up staying 2 nights. The road to the beach is just crossing with a beautiful beach view. Many food sellers on the beach.. Especially fresh grilled fish and young coconut..

Want to come back again to stay in a really nice place to rest and see the beach atmosphere.

Great staff are Assets for the Management of this Hotel to always be successful. There is always room for improvement, the swimming pool has good water but unfortunately the water pressure which is one of the indicators for the Hotel needs to be improved. It seems like it doesn't need much change, just add a few Toren Water Tanks on the roof Top.

Very Bad Experience Staying At This Hotel, I Swim In The Pool, When I Bring The Hotel Towel In The Pool The Staff Takes My Towel Without Permission, So I Can't Use The Towel 🙏 After I Go Home, The Hotel Towel Keeps Being Questioned 🙏 Even Though Before Going Home There Was No Problem, This Problem Should Be Questioned At The Hotel, It Really Disturbs Me Personally.
