The pipes in the bathroom drained very slowly, and the bedroom was quite old.

- Check-in was after 3 PM. The staff told me to wait, but almost 30 minutes passed and I still hadn't received my key card. When I went to ask, they said the room wasn't ready. I booked two rooms, one was ready, the other was still being cleaned by the housekeeper. - There were stains in the bathroom and mold around the edges. - The bathroom drain was clogged and smelled bad. - The air conditioner was noisy, smelled bad, and wasn't very cool. I had to set it to the lowest setting, 16 degrees Celsius. - The bed was very saggy. - The room lights were dim. - The elevator was narrow and there was only one. - There was limited parking. I had to park in a deep alley, but there was a shuttle service. - The food was acceptable, but not delicious.

Really friendly staff. Breakfast is good, decent variety. Pool and hot tub, beach front. Room is nice and comfy bed. Walls are thin. Would stay again. 9/10. Lost 1 point due to thin walls.

The staff are friendly and I'm always impressed every time I go. The breakfast has a wide variety, which the kids love. It's also close to the beach.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is right by the sea, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are lovely.

The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and beautiful views, close to the beach. However, the parking is far away, located deep down a side street on a rough road, so drive slowly. A shuttle service is available.

Areas for Improvement: 1. The porter service was very helpful with luggage. 2. The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold. 3. The restaurant's food selection was limited, and some dishes were not hot, although the taste was good. The yogurt was unusually sour, possibly spoiled; I informed the staff about this. The restaurant is next to the pool, and birds were seen eating the food left on the tables – this is unacceptable. 4. The receptionist mixed up the room key and room number, causing a significant issue when reserving seats at the restaurant. 5. After checking out and receiving my deposit back, the hotel receptionist called to ask if I had used the hotel's bath bomb, saying the housekeeping staff had reported it. I reprimanded them, saying, "Have you checked carefully? We bought our own from outside, not the hotel's. Check items before just checking the trash." They probably checked and confirmed it matched my description, but they didn't call back to apologize for the misunderstanding. I would not return.

Overall, the hotel is good, but the management might need to improve communication with their team. We waited for our room for at least 3 hours, which was a waste of time and frustrating.

The room was good, the service was good, and it was easy to get into the city. It was convenient, and there were plenty of food options both in the hotel and at the nearby night market.

The extra bed service was terrible. They wouldn't bring it unless we asked for it. The air conditioner outside the room was very noisy; I could hear it even while sleeping in the room. I thought it was raining. The hotel parking lot was also very small.

I wish there were more parking spaces because it feels like parking further inside is too far and it's quite dusty.

The rooms at the very end of the hallway are smaller than the regular rooms, and the Wi-Fi is terrible. The bathroom door is difficult to close, there are black stains around the bathtub, the room lighting is insufficient, and there's no bedside lamp. The food is okay, but not very varied; if you stay for several days, the same dishes tend to come around repeatedly. The staff are friendly and lovely. The hotel is nice, right on the beach, quiet and peaceful, even at night. The rooms are also quiet. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Zand Morada is a really good hotel if you are coming to the Pattaya area. Beach front with a swimming pool at the resto area. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Food prices are not too expensive and they have many choices on the menu. The bed, OMG, is very comfortable, soft, and perfect for us and makes us want to sleep all day hahaa. The reception area is clean and has a really good smell when you are entering. Good for kids also because they have a kids club. The housekeeping team is doing a really good job to make up our room. Definitely, we will be back again next time.

It is important to understand the term suite because it refers to a room that is available for guests with a sea view, wheelchairs, and a very large bathroom that allows for comfortable maneuvering. However, if you think of a suite as a luxurious room with a sea view, a large room, and comfort, this may not be the answer.
