Areas for Improvement:
1. The porter service was very helpful with luggage.
2. The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold.
3. The restaurant's food selection was limited, and some dishes were not hot, although the taste was good. The yogurt was unusually sour, possibly spoiled; I informed the staff about this. The restaurant is next to the pool, and birds were seen eating the food left on the tables – this is unacceptable.
4. The receptionist mixed up the room key and room number, causing a significant issue when reserving seats at the restaurant.
5. After checking out and receiving my deposit back, the hotel receptionist called to ask if I had used the hotel's bath bomb, saying the housekeeping staff had reported it. I reprimanded them, saying, "Have you checked carefully? We bought our own from outside, not the hotel's. Check items before just checking the trash." They probably checked and confirmed it matched my description, but they didn't call back to apologize for the misunderstanding. I would not return.
