I would have rated it higher because the owner is super enthusiastic, and the staff member is also lovely. When I rushed out of the room and forgot to take the dishes downstairs to wash, he told me to go ahead and wash them himself. Overall, there's nothing to complain about regarding their enthusiasm for guests. However, the water here is dirty, everyone! It smells terribly fishy. My skin got irritated and broke out in pimples after showering. They also didn't change the bedsheets or anything; they only changed them after guests had left. The first day I showered, there wasn't even hot water. The next day, the staff member checked and it was fine. The room is quite small, but it's close to the city center, a short walk from the port, very convenient. If you have sensitive skin, you should consider staying elsewhere or bringing your own bottle of water. Hopefully, the hotel will install a proper water filtration system.

The host is super friendly, cute and enthusiastic. We arrived earlier than check-in time and were allowed to check in early. When it was time to check out, the owner let us check out 1 hour later.
