The staff is very helpful and can also leave your things with you when you want to go sailing 👏👏 really great

The booking app had a choice, so I chose a double bed, but I ended up getting a twin bed. But the staff offered to put the beds together. It was pretty good, making the bed feel more spacious. While waiting for the room to be prepared, we were able to wait in the restaurant and get a welcome drink. The room smelled nice and was clean, and the bathroom was very comfortable. The hot water was flowing, and the bidet shower was very pleasant, and the water was warm. The staff also tidied up the room around noon. Access to sightseeing or dining was also close, and walking was also a great option. This will be our next choice when visiting Labuan Bajo. Thank you very much.

Strategic location, convenient if you want to go anywhere

The hotel is unique. The rear view is directly onto the beach and overlooks the ocean. It's centrally located, with easy access to everything.

It was nice staying at Eco Tree Hotel as it's located at the heart of Labuan Bajo. Easy to find eateries around it. I have a room with a sea view. Seeing a sunset from the room balcony is breathtaking, and so is seeing the morning vibe of the sea. Staff are also very friendly, and the wifi is also OK (though not great as it kept buffering at some moments when watching videos in YouTube). The room and its bathroom are quite packed, so more spacious room would be great. The only drawback is the aircon which seems to be not that cold. This may be the hotel location by the sea. The food and beverage in the hotel are pricey for me as a local :). For foreigners, they are super affordable I believe. If I have an opportunity to come back, I might consider staying here again.

It was very unpleasant, as the occupants were unable to freely use the toilet in their room due to the lack of water. This was very disappointing. Without water, the occupants had to hold their bowel movements for a long time (more than 3 hours without any sign of water, despite having complained to the receptionist). Therefore, I deeply regret the high cost, receiving services like a boarding house that costs Rp. 200,000/month, so it doesn't deserve to be called a 3-star hotel. Clearly, we are very disappointed.

The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. We stayed for two nights. Access to everything was easy. However, the Wi-Fi and TV were unusable.

The hotel is really nice, the bathroom is clean and big, the food is all delicious.

The room is completely different with the photo they presented, they give me very low underground room, and the bed is HORRIBLE.. the owner CANNOT upgrade their quality of the bed and pillow into decent bed and pillow as a basic upgrade for their hotel or at least put some latex topper to make sure people can sleep comfortably but they dont care.. this kind of bed you can find 200-300 bedroom hotel. I dont care about the looks their style is antics its fine, cleanliness is so so.. up and down stairs is not for people with disabilities. Being one of the oldest hotel in labuan bajo and not able upgrade their bed is supperr annoyed me. What a horrible night. Hope the Owner READ THIS and change their cheap bed

Hotel in the middle of the small town of Labuan Bajo. Suitable for transit or enjoying the city of Labuan Bajo. You can walk anywhere from this hotel, there are many restaurants and bars around this hotel. The room is comfortable and I rented a room with a harbor view. It's worth it. The staff is very friendly, I came early and was greeted warmly, and accepted even though I was an hour early. Thank you.

Central location, near the harbor, quite complete rooms and facilities, delicious food.

A truly great place to stay while in Bajo. We came here 3 times already, each spent 2-3 nights because of its great location, friendly service and value for money. When hotels in Bajo get bigger, fancier and too expensive (not worth the price), happy to know at least there is this hotel. Thank you!

The bed was spongy, and if I moved a little it would make a sound, so I couldn't sleep soundly. The breakfast wasn't very good either.

2x to Labuan Bajo, 2x stayed here, besides the strategic location, the price of the room is worth it, it's clean, the staff is also friendly..

I stayed there for 5 days and before, I had stayed there also because this hotel has a very strategic location. Many shops, food and beverage, souvenirs, mini market, etc. So easy if you want to find something there. And this hotel has an authentic local design. I very like it. Overall good cleanliness, completed amenities, and good service. But I had trouble in the room that made me annoyed during my 5-day stay. First stay had a bad signal of channel list TV. And second stay there had trouble with AC when first night. I already told staff the AC not cool. But having no problem solved with the case specially about the AC. During stay until I checked out 4 night 5 days the AC can't working properly. The staff advised me to use the AC with a fan. How come? Until the last night/days before I check out tomorrow I just used a fan in my room. And the staff gave me another advice to move room but not with the same type not balcony or get free breakfast before I check out. Made me very not comfortable. No solution about the AC? I was tell when I entering the room first until I checked out. I mean if you having advice please give me or the guest with apple to apple not with same type. And how come the engineering can't repair the AC until 5 days and with the reason the staff engineer not stand by so need waiting for come. Hopefully can learn about problem solving when have guest comment before to be guest complaint. But this hotel still recommended about the service staff very friendly and warm. Thank you.

Overall my stay was good, just the bed a bit old because when movement had noises and had smells in the bathroom.

The mattress makes a lot of noise, which really disturbs your rest.
