The hotel is very strategically located close to the city center.

The regulations were unclear because the receptionist asked me to pay an additional fee, even though I had my student ID, which wasn't necessarily needed at another hotel.

I've stayed there frequently since I've been to Penang frequently since 2023. For my most recent visit, they've made some renovations, making the hotel even more comfortable. If traveling by bus, the nearest bus stop is about 400m north and the same distance south. There are plenty of dining options within a 500m radius.

I stayed in Room 150 for one night due to an interview trip. The room was meant for two people and it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and kept the room cool, although it could be a little noisy at times. The water heater was functioning properly too. The receptionist service was very fast and efficient. Even the check-out process was smooth and didn’t take long at all. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Summer Tree Hotel.. I have stayed here several times because I like the rooms which are not dimly lit and are clean.

The second time I stayed, I was able to check in early without any additional fees, the staff was helpful, and the service was satisfactory for me to rest.

the mattress is very bad and so small
