Nice hotel and near Regency Hospital

Just entering the room, it already smelled bad, there was thick dust on the glass, the AC didn't seem to have been cleaned so the air wasn't clean, the sheets didn't seem to have been changed, making my body itchy so it wasn't comfortable to sleep. The rule was to stay for 2 days so I only took 1 night because I couldn't stand the room.

Stayed here because it was very close to Regency Hospital. Very safe and comfortable. Finding food was also very easy because it was close to food stalls and there was a minimarket sevel/7e. The staff were also friendly, informative and very helpful with in-room service if there was a problem. The cleanliness of the water heater kettle had not been cleaned and was still dirty because of sticky water or something so I had to clean it myself but overall it was very good I recommend staying here again

It's also very close to Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Lotus, KFC, McDonald's, Watsons, Guardian, Big Pharmacy, Caring Pharmacy, and more. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the standard or double rooms is poor, and the rooms are very old, dirty, rusty, and crusty. Some are even broken and non-functional.

its near the windows and the room soundproofing is so so bad !! still can heard the birds chirping until midnight and the motorcycle big sound until 4 a.m and sudden the door closing sound from room beside me can give me a really big syok so i didn't sleep the whole night and i can't take my test at regency tomorrow thanks to this exprience i wont come again

Room is really dirty, there was several stain on bedsheet, dusty floor in the corner, broken window lock, so sound from the street very loud, broken hand shower, I don't want to stay here anymore!
