Staff was friendly, but this was my very first time checking into a hotel/service apartment with no amenities at all, no towels. Both of the bedrooms smelled like (sorry to say) a man with 3 days no shower. The sofa looked so dirty. No rubbish bin. For almost IDR 600K/night, it was not worth it.

The location is very strategic... Lots of places to eat, right next to the mall and Cihampelas... If you get bored, just walk to the front. The swimming pool is also clean, the kids are happy...

Highly recommended here, the place is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly.

The room is quite comfortable, but there is no ladle in the bathroom, so it's confusing when you want to take a shower.

On the ground floor there are many people selling food and there is also a minimarket, parking is cheap, you can just walk to Ciwalk, unfortunately there is only 1 AC for 2 rooms

There are no toiletries, no towels provided, no drinking water, the room is stuffy, smelly, the mattress is uncomfortable, dirty.

Dirty dishes had hair on them and glasses had lipstick marks on them. I don't know if the bed sheets were changed or not because they were itchy.

It's close to Ciwalk, so it's easy to find something to eat or just hang out.

Thank you Traveloka and Jardin Apartment, the place is really nice, I got a unit on the 22nd floor, the view is great, Bandung city. The CS is also very friendly. But unfortunately the room's bedsheets are dirty, luckily we cleaned it from home. The floor is also dirty when the gas runs out.... we mothers who have families, especially with babies, really need it.

The check-in and check-out process was easy, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff is very friendly, even though we arrived a bit late, they helped us.

The room is dirty, there are cockroaches, the wifi is off, the TV doesn't turn on, I'm tired of staying here, the shower water isn't hot.

Recently found Jardin apartment super duper not recommended! - Lots of cockroaches, dirty and rundown! - Broken shower, dirty bathroom. - AC is only in the main room, so if you are in the bedroom you will be drenched in sweat. - No Wi-Fi! - Basically I will not want to stay in this room again. - Very dirty, ugly and rundown!

2BD. 1 AC is in the master bedroom, 1 is in the living room, so the other room doesn't have AC. There is wifi but you have to ask the staff in the lobby
