The staff were friendly, but I asked to put my bag behind reception at 9 AM before checkout, and the lady said she would get her coworker to grab it (so I left it in the lobby). Three hours later, I came back, and it’s sitting exactly where I left it in a very busy lobby room. I was very unimpressed.

It's good. The air conditioning is cool, it's easy to find food, and it's convenient.

Suitable for short stays. The beds are hard, and the rooms are not soundproof. Not suitable for those who prefer quiet. You can hear the TV in the next room if it's loud, people walking around and talking, and doors slamming shut. I even got a room with a broken air conditioner swing, and the hotel just used foam to block it off! LOL. The room price is commensurate with the quality. The good thing is there's a 7-Eleven across the street and it's not far from Samli Intersection MRT station.

The hotel room has very basic amenities, such as a small fridge and in-room safe. It was okay, reasonably clean and comfortable. However, there was mold in the bathroom and we also spotted a large cockroach.

The room is clean and nice to sleep. But at night it is noisy.
