Adjust the photo of the latest room, don't take old photos, it's a shame that guests have booked far from expectations. Dirty dust mattress, leaky roof, musty smell of room, hallway lights off. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Pukul 11 malam saya tiba di Kavana Banjarbaru dari Banjarmasin. Saya sudah begitu lelah karena kehujanan sepanjang jalan dan mulai mengantuk. Ketika saya buka pintu kamar nomor 4, aroma yang sangat tidak sedap tercium tajam. Aroma kamar mandi, lembab, dan rokok campur baur menjadi satu. Pada saat itu saya sudah sangat berkeinginan untuk pindah ke hotel saja, tetapi karena saya sudah membayar jadi ya sudah saya terpaksa stay. Di sana saya mandi hanya sekali saja selama menginap dua malam dikarenakan kondisi kamar mandi yang rusak dan menjijikkan. Saya juga kemana-mana di dalam kamar selalu menggunakan sandal saya karena kondisi lantai kamar seperti lengket dan berminyak. Soal AC? Unit yang digunakan terlihat sangat tua dan kotor. Saya sangat yakin bahwa AC ini tidak pernah dibersihkan, padahal ada resiko lembab dan berjamur di dalam AC itu jika tidak dibersihkan. Ketika dihidupkan, kadang AC nya kencang, kadang enggak. Untung AC nya sempat saya hidupkan sebelum remotenya kehabisan baterai. Saya benar-benar ingin menantang Owner nya untuk menginap di kamar seperti ini dan bayar 200.000 per malam agar dia dapat merasakan sendiri apakah worth it jika mengeluarkan uang senilai itu untuk kamar seperti ini. Sisi positifnya, resepsionis cukup komunikatif dan ramah, ruangan kamar paling tidak terasa sejuk (bukan dingin), dan wifi nya kencang.

Dirty rooms, torn sheets are still worn, used blankets by people, no towels, no soap, toothbrushes, all corners of the room are dusty, dirty toilets, dirty sinks, leaky faucets are left to be used for guests, what's the promo price? But at this price before, you can get a better place. Regret staying here luckily only last night :).

The room is dirty, the writing is non-smoking but cigarette butts are in the room, the smell of cigarette marks too. AC is not cold. Most of the facilities are broken. The bathroom is dirty and slippery. Very different from in the photo.

Lantai nya berdebu nggak bersih, ruangan seperti kurang terawat. Televisi tersedia tp nggak bisa liat apa-apa seperti nggak ada antenanya, cuma liat semut semua di televisi.
