My experience staying here for 4 nights. 1. The bathroom was clean. The hot water worked. The towels were clean and white, like new. 2. The carpet in the room and hallway smelled nice. 3. The soundproofing was pretty good, there wasn't any noise at all.

Clean and friendly staff, close to Pavilion, around the restaurant

The staffs are friendly.. and the room the bathroom is clean.. bathroom is so important. The location is also surrounded with the iconic of KL, like Bukit Bintang and others iconic and place.

Always come back here again and again, very comfy and very close to the attractions place such as Pavilion and TRX! And staffs were friendly too

the staffs are friendly and helpful, easy access to near object and strategic location. easy to get food or all necessities. all facilities can work well. the price is good. the view not quiet good but I don’t mind it since I’m not looking for it

The sheets were dirty, so itchy that I slept for 3 nights. The location is strategic, but the deposit of 200 MYR/room is expensive, man. It would be nice to be able to check in early. The building is old and not soundproof. I couldn't sleep well because the sheets and blanket were dirty and smelled musty.

Everything is okay... but the deposit is too expensive compared to yesterday's room price, the deposit was up to 200 RM.

Next time I go to KL, I'll come here again. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Comfort room, strategic location

The location is truly strategic. It's within walking distance to TRX, so you can take the MRT to the airport. Heading towards the Royal Hotel, you'll reach the Bukit Bintang area near I Setan. The staff are friendly, and the room is quite comfortable for one person. The only thing that's expensive is the deposit, 200RM.

Friendly staff, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Pavilion, near food stalls, 7 Eleven, next to the hotel there is a self-service laundry place, in front of the hotel there is a durian food stall.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. But the wifi is bad 😃

Although the room and bathroom are small, they are adequate for traveling alone. The air conditioning is very cold, and the location is close to the pavilion or Trx mall. Because the floor is carpeted and not vacuumed daily, there are still some hairs, but overall it is quite okay.
