Good. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The water was off when a family was staying

Bagus semua, bersih, rapi, mungkin kalo ditambah Ac di tiap-tiap kamar tambah istimewa.

Tempat bagus, bersih, cocok buat keluarga, mbak nya pelayanannya juga baik, ramah. Kalau bisa ditambah kompor. Malah lebih oke, kasihan mbak nya yang juga. Kalau tamu mau bikin kopi atau mie. Naik turun 😊.

The rooms are spacious, there is a kitchen (refrigerator, dispenser) dining room table, relaxing/family room watching tv, there are 2 rooms (1 super large room can accommodate many people plus a bathroom, 1 room) there are also 2 bathrooms, other. There is a roof top, it's also a fun place to relax, enjoy the city of Malang, which is cool, cool, comfortable, clean and tidy, just a comfortable staycation place 👍🔥 I'll come back again if I go to Batu. I love 4.

The villa's facilities are actually okay, the sheets are pure white. The villa is quite spacious and still quite new. Sofa, dining table and TV are also okay, it feels homey. But unfortunately the time I entered the bedsheets seemed to have not been replaced because there were patches of dirt, dust and hair. The condition of the bathroom / toilet is also quite okay but it is not kept clean and the wc lights in the room are rather dim so it seems dirty. The bathroom mat hasn't been replaced when I entered. The room smells rather damp, maybe because air circulation for large rooms is somewhat lacking. The caretaker of the villa is quite friendly but not informative even though I can ask for tea or coffee while enjoying the view on the floor he said that I just found out after half an hour after each time. Breakfast for the same fried rice for 2 days and it doesn't taste good.

The first obstacle that I experienced was to find the location of the villa, which was rather into the village. But once found the place turned out very good and in accordance with the picture on the website. The place is really spacious and very clean.
