The bath towels need to be changed as both of them have holes in them. It is not appropriate to serve these bath towels to guests.

The hotel is close to the mall. It's also close to Central Park and Taman Anggrek.

I stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine, except the left and right nightstand lights were too bright. The shower gel needed to be replaced because it smelled really bad. And the breakfast menu was monotonous and needed some variety.

The location is quite strategic. However, the service seems understaffed. Breakfast lacks variety, and food isn't refilled immediately after it runs out. There's only one person in the restaurant cleaning tables. No other staff are visible.

Good hotel with affordable rates. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, all the equipment in the room works properly. Around 100m from the hotel you could find the mini market and a Betawi local cuisine "Sop Betawi".

The rooms are neat and tidy, with drink stands on every floor. Clean and cool.

As usual, it was a pleasant stay here, quiet and not noisy, which is unusual. However, the bathroom bidet's water supply wasn't optimal. The water was so small, it needed to be fixed. But it was nice because it was at the end and not noisy.

The cleanliness is really lacking, the room is really stuffy, as soon as you enter the room you can smell an unpleasant smell, the dirty mattress has not been replaced and is shabby and makes your body itchy, for that price it's not worth it because the location is also not strategic, maybe in the future they can improve.
