My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Just a small suggestion: of the three rooms we booked, the TVs in two of them didn't work from check-in to check-out. We informed them at check-in, but it still wasn't correct. A follow-up was held at 5 p.m., but there was no improvement. Hopefully, following up on any guest inconveniences will be a priority in the future. Thank you.

The hotel was quiet, the rules were very strict, the receptionist was unfriendly so I, who had already paid for a junior suite, didn't stay because the rules were too burdensome.

The employee service is very good, top. But the downside is the bathroom toilet smells really bad like it's about to get clogged, then on the ceramic bathroom floor there are yellow/brownish stains that look dirty. Then on the pillowcase there are yellow spots too, huhu. Maybe the stains have been washed but they can't be removed, can't you use bleach? So that it doesn't sting when sleeping with a pillowcase with yellow stains like that. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take pictures of the yellow stains and also the bathroom, but you can check in Asoka 1's room. Hopefully the shortcomings will be fixed soon.

The toilet door was broken, and the breakfast menu lacked variety. Overall, it was good, the place was beautiful, and the staff were friendly.

Staying here several times, I always love the service and friendly staff who are fast to respond. The kids love it because it has a large playground and swimming pool area. The rooms in the hamlet area are a bit uphill, so walking is quite easy because there are quite uphill areas, but there are Tayo cars ready to drop you off/pick you up. The bedrooms are clean, the AC is cold, complete with amenities, coffee and tea makers. The water is flowing smoothly, even though I stayed during the rolling blackout season, all facilities in the hotel still run smoothly. The garden lights are also bright, and there are various menu choices for breakfast. Just adjust to your individual taste.

The service is top-notch. The security guards are attentive when the parking lot is full, and the bus drivers are also very kind. The receptionist is also helpful. However, the room service could be improved. 1. When checking in, there wasn't any liquid soap in the bathroom, so we had to inform the receptionist. 2. The underfloor space in the room was extremely dirty. It didn't seem to be cleaned, did it? It was very dusty. The food is delicious, but if you want an omelet, you have to wait in line. Sometimes one person requests 10 eggs at once. The hotel should limit the number of people to two so they can get their turn faster. I've been here three times. I don't know why the third time felt different, not as enjoyable as the first and second. Could it be due to the power outage in Kalimantan or something else? But thank you, Dayang Resort Singkawang. Hopefully, it will improve.

First of all, the room is spacious for a big family, but the room facilities are dusty and the bathroom was pretty dirty. It was the weekend and kids' holiday when we got there, the water in the pool looked dirty. The Wi-Fi is really bad. I mean, the price is pretty high so they should fix this.
