The room is clean, the location is strategic, close to Tugu Station

Pros: 1. Strategic location, easy to get around. 2. Amenities: 1 toothbrush holder, soap available. 3. TV channels, Indovision, and YouTube available. 4. Cold AC, smooth water heater. 5. Fast Wi-Fi. 6. Friendly receptionist and staff. 7. Two 50ml bottles of mineral water are provided in the room. Upon check-in, you get an additional snack of two donuts and one 250ml bottle of mineral water. Cons: 1. Minimalist and cramped room. 2. The bed is terrible; the middle part has sunk, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I had to prop the sinking part up with a bolster. 3. The bathroom sliding door is broken and won't close, so when I shower, water splashes all over the floor. 4. The bathroom is slippery because water pools in front of the door. 5. The towels are clean, but they don't absorb water (unlike most hotel towels, which absorb quickly, so your body doesn't dry quickly). 6. The room isn't soundproof. For this price, it's not worth it. For me, there are still many quality hotels at lower prices. Please improve the quality of service. Thank you.

The room is very small, but it's good enough for transit and alone.

The bathroom wasn't very clean; it seemed like there was a leak because the floor was constantly wet. I requested a cleaning, but I didn't notice any improvement after that. The location and price are great, especially if you need to get to the terminal, as it's just a short walk. Plus, they provide welcome snacks.

Actually, the room is so far so good, the service is also friendly. But because the shophouse next door is under construction, it's quite disturbing during the day.

Please improve the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets. The toilet also smells a bit. I stayed here three years ago and everything was fine, so I came back because it's easy to get everywhere.

The worst hotel I've ever met. Well, actuallythe location is very strategic, the interior design is creative and good as well. But it lack of cleanliness. I was shocked when I opened the room door. The bad sheets is very dirty, it should be white but it looks like how many years not washed. Then, the toilet was same, looks like not maintained. I don't know this is a room or a warehouse. I think it's not passed a hospitality standard. If you can maintain it well, it will feel very comfortable to everyone there. At that moment, I reached the hotel in the midnight and don't have any energy to complaining you. Hotel is for rest, please improve your cleanliness and maintain your hotel!!!

The cleanliness is a bit lacking, the bed sheets and pillowcases need to be replaced even though they have been laundered.

Recommended for backpackers with a budget-friendly price... Near Solo Terminal and Balapan Station. At night, there's a fried rice stall out front.
