Everything is very good except the hot water in the room is not hot evenly, sometimes very hot. The hotel should improve that problem. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

They have a really good roof top bar and a fantastic breakfast selection, a very highly recommended place for a stay in Da Nang:)

I stayed for 2 nights, 14th floor, airy room, good soundproofing, very attentive staff, especially breakfast is always kept warm so it's delicious, I'm very satisfied. I tried staying at several hotels to choose the most suitable one so that I don't have to choose every time I come to Da Nang. I found Bella Maison very good. Next time I will book Bella again. But I don't see a basement for motorbikes for guests to rent motorbikes? I don't know if the hotel has a place to park motorbikes.

Mình ấn tượng với việc check in phục vụ tận nơi, nhanh gọn , và rất support dù mình đến sớm hơn giờ check in tiêu chuẩn. Dịch vụ spa đang được km 50%.Menu các nhà hàng tiêu chuẩn khá fine-dining, chế biến ngon, giá ổn. Nhược điểm: Khách sạn bảo trì bể bơi, có hẹn là sẽ báo lại, nhưng chẳng thấy báo lại. Vòi sen phòng 603 bị lỏng nên bật vòi cầm tay là bắn nước ra từ cả vòi trên đầu. Nhà hàng menu hơi đơn điệu và phục vụ chủ yếu là món Âu. Nhân viên các bộ phận ngoan nhưng đều chưa chủ động và nhanh nhẹn trong cung cách phục vụ. Chỉ cần nhanh nhẹ nhàng, và chủ động để ý đến các chi tiết thì chất lượng khách sạn sẽ được cải thiện đáng kể. Cảm ơn vì đã góp phần mang đến 1 kỳ nghỉ vui vẻ.
