Quite pleasant & close to campus, according to the needs of administrative processes on campus.

The water smelled of corpses. I reported it to the receptionist, but they only gave me chlorine, which lasted for two hours. Then the water smelled even worse. Trash was scattered around the room, making the pungent smell permeate the room. They only provided one mineral water, even though I booked for three nights.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and all the facilities are excellent. I will stay here again next time.

For the price of 190 with AC, it's quite good, there are drinks too, but it's a bit far from the city center.

Please at least freshen up the room. The bedcover set also looks musty, as if it has never been changed. Please replace it.

The location is difficult to access, The directions on Google Maps are unclear because the access is narrow, you can't use the car settings on the map because it will make a detour into the Unib campus . the room is very narrow. The towel smells bad, the blanket feels a bit sticky on the skin, and has lots of stains. very strange bathroom, narrow and shabby.

Beyond imagination, the room is really not maintained, the toilet leaks from below, the water from the sink doesn't come out

Comfortable and quite but with the facilities available the price should be under 150. Because there are some facilities that are lacking. TV and doors are concerning.

The room was quiet, dirty, smelled musty, had lots of cockroaches, the walls were leaking, it was dark, and the AC was broken.

Recommended, Location close to Unib and BKN

The location is far from the city center, the location is not on the side of the road, the room is cramped and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. The receptionists are friendly though.

The staff is very friendly and nice, just a suggestion to add a doormat in front of the room door and the water is a bit small. All okay. Close to unib, comfortable clean room
