The views are stunning, especially around the pool and restaurant. The food is delicious, you can choose your breakfast time, and the pool also has a hot tub.

Cool, great, clean... friendly staff

The hotel is luxurious and fragrant, the room is also clean and there are lots of pillows. But the tissues are not so good. Can you imagine the quality of the tissues, the ones used to wipe your face after washing your face, then stick everywhere, I think using Paseo is also enough. Also, the toilet hole is embarrassing because it's yellow. I checked into a room with a bathtub, but it turned out there was only a bathtub and a toilet. So, if you want to take a shower, you have to stand in the bathtub like that? It's a bit strange and risky for children and the elderly, I'm afraid they'll slip. Then for breakfast, there are many menus but none of them are really tasty, even the fried rice which is usually delicious everywhere, this was not tasty at all. For a standard breakfast price of 180 thousand rupiah per person, this is really lacking. What I enjoyed about this hotel was the large swimming pool, beautiful view, and cute floats for photos, and the friendly and very helpful staff. Furthermore, there are many improvements that need to be made if we don't want to lose out to other hotels that are much cheaper and located in the city center. Hopefully, with input like this, hotels will pay more attention to quality.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is quite accessible, there are many room options, the hotel interior is beautiful, and the staff is also friendly. The restaurant is on the 10th floor, the view is nice and the menu is quite varied. The parking area is not very spacious but valet service is provided. However, yesterday when we stayed, the corridor from the elevator exit to the room had a slightly damp smell (6th floor). But overall, it's okay and recommended.

The hotel staff, from the entrance to the restaurant, were very helpful. The hotel and its surroundings were comfortable, making it a great place for a morning walk. Unfortunately, the women's shower room, which is located near the pool, has a different floor level, causing me to fall and injure my leg. Please fix this.

Overall, the service was good: the staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the building and decor were nice, the location was strategic, not far from the city center, and there were plenty of eateries around the hotel. The downsides, in my opinion, were that the bathroom in the deluxe room was very small, and the breakfast at the restaurant was lacking.

The room was very clean. The sheets and bedcover were stained. The curtains were torn and moldy. The room was private, but housekeeping could enter and exit without permission using a master key.
