The hotel is neat and clean, thank God, yesterday the room was upgraded by the hotel. Next to De Batara, yesterday I had an early check out, so booking a room doesn't include breakfast next time. You can just walk to Ciwalk and it's also close if you want to go to Al*Ama*t or Ind* Mar*. Overall, it's okay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, and the view is also good.

I swear, this is a cheap hotel but it feels like a 5-star hotel. Clean, tidy, fragrant, good facilities, extraordinary service.

The staff was very friendly. I got a free upgrade because the room I booked was unavailable. There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

The location is very strategic in Cihampelas, close to Ciwalk Mall and restaurants, and easy access everywhere. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The hot/cold water control could be improved (or maybe it's just my room). Overall, recommended.

Initially, we got a room downstairs, which wasn't a problem, but what really annoyed us was the fishy smell when we entered the room. We complained about being asked to upgrade the room, but we didn't want to. In the end, we wanted to have it cleaned again, but in the end, we couldn't change rooms straight away, to a bigger, higher room. Thank you.

An impressive stay, got a promotional price but the service was not at all different. Staying at a 3-star hotel, but with five-star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1. Friendly, responsive receptionist who answered my phone questions several times👌 2. Strategic location & opposite a large convenience store 3. All the staff here are very friendly, from the parking attendants to the kitchen team, everyone is friendly, it feels like a five-star stay💪. 4. Super fast Wi-Fi & no hassle of logging in, awesome, feels like a five-star stay. 5. The room is comfortable & proper. I booked a Family room and it turned out to be perfect for a family. 6. Breakfast is quite delicious for a hotel of this class. An added bonus is that I can request breakfast to be served during sahur (pre-dawn meal) for free and have it delivered to my room. The hotel staff were very accommodating to my request. At exactly 3:30 AM, as requested, the food arrived at our doorstep. Thank you, Hotel De Batara and the team. Such a pleasant stay. 🙏🏻

The hotel facilities and services are very good, the price is relatively cheap and it is in a quite strategic environment.

1. The sheets and towels are dirty and faded and need to be replaced. 2. The bathroom smells bad. There's no freshener at all. 3. The bath mat isn't absorbent. 4. The sofa in the family room is very dirty, as if it hasn't been vacuumed.

For this price it is quite pleasant

Great service... The front office in front of it has good service... Responsive... Thank God, it's very comfortable to stay at the hotel... Walking to Ciwalk is close... The view from above is nice... Especially at night... Nice to see it.... In short, it's the best... Thank you all....

The room was exactly as pictured, with a large bed, excellent cleanliness, and excellent service. The breakfast was as expected, and the food was delicious.

The check-in process was easy and the staff were all friendly, the room service was also good, everything was complete, the room was clean, and the balcony view was also good.

Everything is okay, but my hot cream is gone! Please, when cleaning the room, don't be naughty with your hands.
