The room was very comfortable, with complete amenities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the breakfast price per person was affordable, with a variety of side dishes. Laundry was affordable and the process was fast. The location is strategic, close to Pakuwon City, Galaxy Mall, restaurants, and minimarkets. I only have one suggestion: When cleaning the room, please pay more attention to the cleanliness behind the door, bathroom, and corners of the bed, as there is still a lot of dust. Thank you Mandiri Mansion Hotel for your service and hospitality. I will definitely come back and stay here with my family.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Towels were provided, but the edges were all frayed. Time to replace them. The pillows were thin.

A comfortable place very close to ITS. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the breakfast variety is limited, and by 9:00 a.m., many of the items are gone and not refilled.

I've stayed here twice, and everything was satisfactory except for the spotty Wi-Fi. The food is also delicious, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The soundproofing isn't great, though, hehe. But so far, it's okay.

Thank God, I booked a Standard Room, but upon check-in I was upgraded to a Junior Suite without paying any extra. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

The room size is large and spacious, clean.

The room was fairly clean. Central air conditioning didn't feel cold. It took eight hours to cool down. Breakfast was standard, with minimal variety.

First time staying here & really impressed because of the strategic location and comfortable atmosphere, next time will come back here again.

The AC takes a while to cool down... Maybe it's because it's a central AC.

When I first entered, the AC wasn't cold. I called the staff and checked, and they said it would cool down later. By dawn, it still wasn't cold, feeling stuffy. The next morning, after I left the room (4 hours), I finally felt the coolness of the AC, even though it was almost check-out time.
