For the friendly hotel staff, it is undeniable that the response and service when asked are always friendly and responsive. But a note for the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular, I booked quite a long time for 4 days, but the room was not cleaned and the cloth in the bathroom was not replaced, so it was very wet and slippery. Please pay attention in the future, because the rest for the location and room facilities for the standard room are okay in our opinion.

I have booked a non-smoking room, but instead I got a smoking room, the room still smells of cigarettes, and the hallway is very pungent, even though we brought children but there was no other choice, they said that was the only room. The food is quite good, please improve it again

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and loved the convenient location, close to many major attractions.

want to change room to smoking room (as requested before) they ask for another 50 thousands rupiah for the changing. as the room is not ready so we cancel to change the room . but the 50 thousands we handed to them the say they didn't received it. it's just 50 thousands rupiah but how they do this which is disappointing

The hotel staff and technicians are friendly, the hotel location is very strategic, I am from outside Jakarta and want to try riding the MRT, it is quite close to the station which can be reached on foot, the room is quite comfortable and quite clean, it was very impressive to stay at the Whiz Hotel Falatehan

My first impression of staying here was that it was worth it for the price, the service was good, but it didn't seem to be soundproof, there was a lot of noise from outside, there were people walking on the stairs and it was very disturbing, there was no hair dryer either, the breakfast menu was sufficient.
