Worse still, one of the bed sheets and pillowcases smelled musty and sour, as if used, and the receptionist refused to replace the sheets, claiming they had already been replaced and suggesting they be sprayed. Furthermore, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though an ashtray was provided in the room, despite the smoking ban.

It's pretty good, easy to find food and minimarkets.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, there is mineral water, toiletries are also provided (soap, toothbrush and towel). The downside is because we were placed on the 3rd floor even though I stayed with my parents, with no elevator it was a shame to see my parents having to go up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor. Capek banget naik turun pake tangga sampai lantai. 4 😭. Air oke, ga ada jendela, kamar mandi bau, ga ngerti bau apa. Kalo abis mandi baunya ilang, tapi ga lama balik lagi baunya. Terus pas pertama kali masuk kamar bau banget rokok, ampe pusing 😵 ‍ 💫. Untuk lokasi hotel nya oke.

Saran, lampu kamarmandi lebih terang, yang lain ga masalah sih meskipun ada beberapa yang kurang.

Hotelnya bersih kamar besar nyaman cuma kalau bisa dioakai lift buat naik.

Saya booked untuk 4 orang 1 kamar malah mau diganti 2 kamar untuk 4 orang, but problem solved akhirnya saya dapat kamar yang sesuai. Tapi ada orang yang mengaku penanggung jawab hotel malah menyalahkan saya karena order di app, dan menyuruh order on the spot, trus ngapain promote di app? Ga mikir apa saya dari jauh.
