The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and professional; the rooms were clean; there was a beautiful view of the Red River; the parking lot was spacious; and the breakfast was delicious (better than those in tourist areas).

The rooms were okay, and the view was great, especially on the night of the fireworks display.

Hotel staff are friendly, lovely and very fresh. The hotel is a bit far from the center but quite clean and large. The minus point is that the pool is small, not very clean, and breakfast is not very good compared to other 4-star hotels.

Great place !!! This is a 4-star room like this really worth praising, view the river and Ha Khau city at night. Everything was fine except that the breakfast buffet was quite a bit of food and barely standard. Clean the room, forget to clean my room even though I hung the room cleaning tag. But the room is amazing. And very close to the gate.

If not as advertised, the staff did not carry household clothes for children, I considered this to be impolite, homely aluminum doors

The hotel is quite luxurious. I am very pleased with the hotel as well as the service attitude. I am in the Deluxe King room with a nice view overlooking China. A small suggestion is that the bed should use hard mattresses that will lessen the back pain

Breakfast is quite poor. Although the hotel is beautiful, the room is very spacious, up to 40 m2, looking straight to China is very open, but the location is a bit far from the center. Need to improve breakfast.
