I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. You can also go down to the second floor and directly to the Nagoya Hill mall. The hotel is strategically located in the city center. I've stayed there several times and will definitely return.

Reducing the number of smoking rooms is very disturbing for non-smoking room users. Even if you spray air freshener, the cigarette smell still lingers. It's time for Nagoya Hill to 100% support the health of smoke-free hotels.

The location of the hotel is convenient, very near to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. We reached around 10:30 AM and the receptionist allowed us to check in early as our room was already available even though standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Friendly staff and good service. Hotel room also clean. Overall, it is a very satisfied experience and for sure we will come back to stay in this hotel again if we visit Batam.
