Request from housekeeping was fast. The toilet even had a separate tap to take wudhu. Elevator was fast. Everywhere is wheelchair friendly. Staff excellent.

Strategic location where the hotel is at Nagoya Shopping Centre where there is a lot of reflexology centers, spas, and eateries. The hotel also provides 24-hour reflexology services, in-room dining, and breakfast is also good.

The location is busy, but it's a shame there's only one sofa, and it's small. They should have provided two or a sofa bed.

Even though the building seems a bit old, the breakfast choices are plentiful and delicious.

I like the clean room, check-in and check-out are not complicated and you can check-in early which I really like, and the breakfast is worth the price we pay.

A highly recommended hotel in Batam. The most impressive thing is the ablution faucet located near the bathroom shower. It's a small thing, but it's truly special. Delicious food, excellent cleanliness, friendly service, and what else? It's fully equipped. It's also very close to the mall. The best. 🤸‍♂️
