This was my first time staying in a 3-star hotel where the wallpaper was peeling, the air conditioner was old, and the room smelled musty 😂

This was my first time in Tay Ninh, and after reading reviews, I decided to try Sunrise. To my surprise, it exceeded all expectations. The staff were polite, from the security guard to the receptionist, and the room was spacious and clean. I was extremely satisfied.

The hotel is affordable but has all the necessary amenities. It's perfect for large families.

My family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights during the 2026 spring holiday. The family room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean, and our room had a view of Mount Ba. The staff were friendly, and I especially appreciated that my wheelchair broke down, and the hotel technician was very helpful in repairing it. Thank you to everyone. On the occasion of the spring, I wish all the hotel staff good health and all the best! I will visit again when I have the chance. 🫶

The staff were friendly. The room was very spacious. However, the bedroom had very few lights; it would be very dark with the curtains closed.

When guests bring their suitcases, the security guard does not assist them in bringing them to the room. When they leave, there is no service to help them move their suitcases down, they just sit outside.

khách sạn to, phòng khá rộng rãi. Bên dưới có quán cafe nước ngon. Nhân viên lễ phép. Tuy nhiên, nếu đã pay qua app thì khách sạn sẽ không ra hóa đơn hay biên nhận. Nhưng sau đó khách sạn có cho confirm check in. Ăn sáng cũng không nhiều món nhưng ăn khá hợp miệng.

Phòng rộng, thoải mái, sạch sẽ nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và vui vẻ tuy nhiên buffet sáng không hấp dẫn lắm, món ăn rất ít.

Overall clean and tidy. Staff (security, reception,...) polite, attentive. The space and facilities in the room are relatively comfortable in the price range. I came on the 28th of AL is the low season, the hotel does not provide buffet as usual, so I cannot evaluate the breakfast. However, the quality of the food is quite good. Worth considering for future stays.
