easy access to location, friendly staff and ok facilities

The hotel is quite big and clean.. close to the main square... friendly staff.. there is wifi.. standard breakfast.. strong shower.. etc. @but 1 thing is unfortunate, we want to check in, we have to wait exactly at 2:00 PM WIB, even though I arrived at 1:00 PM WIB.. still can't check in... other hotels I've stayed at have never had this happen.. even though the room was ready..

The facilities are good, the room is large. There are two bottles of mineral water, tea, sugar, and coffee in the room. Toiletries include soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. There is a prayer room (musholla) in the lower lobby. Food is available in front of the hotel. Recommended...

Recommended for Rp. 180,000, you can get breakfast, AC, Wi-Fi, cable TV when it's broken, hot water, two 600ml mineral water bottles, refillable, coffee, tea, and sugar sachets. Suggestion: Please clean the carpet.

The hotel staff was great. My ID card was delivered to my house in a package. Okay, I recommend it.

Not bad for transit, near the town square

The AC was not cold enough because the AC was 1pk for the 3rd floor, but luckily there was an additional portable AC prepared by the hotel.

Near the town square, Pasar Kawak, coffee shops just walking distance. Get breakfast with pecel rice. For 1st floor rooms, per room add 45k.

Stayed 2 nights, on average this hotel is only used for transit so it is suitable for those who need a short rest plus get breakfast, without having to dig deep into their pockets. Don't expect much from the facilities and cleanliness of the room, but it is enough. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel

For that budget, you can get breakfast, it's really worth it. It's comfortable. Maybe in the future the menu will be more varied and the cleanliness of the room facilities may be improved. Thank you.

the interior properties of the room are not maintained and are outdated. The AC is not cold, the towels are not soft, the carpet is dusty, the corners of the room are dirty, the sink pipe is broken, it is just left alone. even though the access is strategic, close to the city center.

Alhamdulillah, I was able to stay there. Pros: Cheap price under 200 thousand including breakfast. With a price under 200 thousand, you can stay near the Madiun town square & Madiun grand mosque, hot water is flowing smoothly, a soft mattress, towels, toothbrush & toothpaste, & soap. With breakfast of 10 thousand/person, you can get pecel rice with thick peanut sauce, thick omelet, savory fried rice, delicious meatballs, and tea/coffee/mineral water. Cons: The sheets could be whiter & the ones with holes could be replaced. The parking lot is really high, be careful if you bring a sedan or something like Calya/Ertiga/Sigra. There is no elevator, so it's a bit tiring to go up to the 3rd floor for the elderly.

when checking in at night, we were invited to have a welcome drink of hot tea or coffee, which could be brought to the room. Very clean and tidy, with a large room size. When I took a photo when I checked out, that was a photo of the room after I tidied it up and then I took a photo and checked out.

I have been a regular at this hotel since 2021, every time I go back to my hometown in Madiun, I definitely book this hotel. I think that every year, the cleanliness of the hotel is getting worse. Especially the bathroom looks like it has never been scrubbed/cleaned. The sink is yellow, the bathroom floor is slippery, the bathroom smells. The room floor used to be full of carpet, now it is no longer covered with carpet.
