The hotel was dirty, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the AC wasn't cold at all, the mattress was dirty and covered in stains and dust, the curtains were falling down, the TV wouldn't work, and every corner of the hotel and the room was dusty. My feet were even black from never being swept or mopped. It was really uncomfortable, and I needed to clean up.

The first time I entered the room, I was immediately presented with a dirty carpet full of burn marks and hair dust, a table full of cigarette burns, one of the bedside lamps was broken, the bedsheets were stained, the ceiling was cracked in several places in the main room and bathroom, the toilet bidet didn't have a strong water flow, making it difficult to wash myself 😭😭, the TV had no channels at all until I complained and was answered, "Yes, the entire 3rd floor has no broadcast, because the routers are connected to one. Later, I intend to fix it and renovate it." The only TV that broadcasts is on the second floor. Why wasn't this informed when we checked in? 🥲. So disappointed. It's a shame the location is strategic, but the condition is like that. There's no fine policy. If we hadn't reported it, we'd have been charged for the damage. Breakfast is available, but we didn't eat it because the dining area is in the parking lot. Thank you, thank you.

take a superior room, the twin bed is big, not a small single one, so it's quite good... the price includes breakfast, and it seems like the menu is always pecel rice, the only difference is the side vegetables... for the location, wow, everywhere you go is just walking, because I have a kid who really loves trains, this hotel is very close to Bogowonto Cullinary, only 6 minutes walk, 220 meters away... it's really cool, thank you to the hotel staff too, next time I go to Madiun, God willing, I'll stay here again, change my booking to a room on the upper floor, so I can see the city of Madiun😁🥰
