The hotel staff were friendly, the mattress was clean and looked freshly washed, for a cottage class I've only found a room that was truly clean starting from the room, mattress, etc. The atmosphere is also suitable for children to ride bikes, play ball, fly kites, etc., and for us adults it's also comfortable to relax while supervising the children. Will come back here again even though there is no swimming pool but the children are much happier here because they are free to do whatever they want.

The person who made the fried rice for breakfast was salty, maybe the person who cooked it was bored. In the morning, the hot water for bathing was not hot, so I took a shower using cold water. I wanted to ask the staff there but was too lazy because I was lazy, maybe the equipment happened to be broken, maybe yes. The location is good. Comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Bringing children is also suitable. If it is clean, don't ask, the yard is indeed clean.

The view is nice, the only minus is the breakfast, not many variants, only fried rice and lontong with egg side dishes, chili sauce and white bread with pineapple jam and butter anchor. The taste is quite good. The rest is ok.

Feel like home staying at Berastagi Cottage. The air feels cool, the hotel atmosphere is also comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast is quite delicious, but unfortunately the breakfast menu is very limited, only lontong with a complement of round eggs and fried rice, and white bread with pineapple jam and butter anchor. Even fresh fruit, juice and cakes are not available at all. Hopefully in the future the breakfast menu can be more varied.

Saya dan keluarga datang di hari kerja. Pengunjung tidak terlalu ramai karena hari kerja. Lokasi asri dan bersih. Ada sir panas, air lancar, ada bathtub. Pelayanan cepat dan ramah. Rekomen banget buat yang bawa anak kecil. Bisa parkir langsung di depan kamar.
