The hotel was the best. I stayed here for 3 nights and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely come back next time.

I booked a room specifically for women, but I got a mixed room. The women's bathroom with a toilet had a broken door. There were no clothes hangers in the bathroom, making it difficult for me. I booked a room with breakfast but I didn't get it. Should I ask the staff? There was no notification from the staff when I checked in. I don't know because it was my first time staying there. The staff service was very good and friendly. All my messages and WhatsApp messages were answered by the staff. Thank you Livinn Hostel Surabaya, hopefully it will be better and progress in the future.
