Staying at Platinum Suites KLCC Bukit Bintang was a great experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it ideal for a family stay. The location is excellent, close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang, with a beautiful city view. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Kuala Lumpur.

This 5-star hotel experience in KL is really good for families, comfortable, clean, complete with facilities, very close to the city center, Nasi Kandar is only 2 or 3 km from the hotel, the supermarket is also very close, just a short walk, there are lots of food trucks in front of the hotel, you can buy delicious rujak snacks

A comfortable place for a family staycation

I just found out that what I booked was a private apartment, not a hotel. We arrived early because we were worried about traffic jams on the way from Malacca to KL. When we arrived, we were given various transfers. Contacting the apartment rental company was unresponsive and slow. We couldn't leave our luggage. Finally, we managed to contact them via WhatsApp. They said they would send someone, but they didn't show up. We asked for the phone number of the person who would be coming, but they didn't give us one. Very disappointing. We were already disappointed even before we entered the place.

The apartment is really nice, with complete facilities. I feel like a day here wouldn't be enough. I won't regret trying it.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean.
